At LILYGO®, we stand by the quality of our open-source hardware and electronics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unmodified condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the hardware in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, cables, and documentation to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship to LILYGO

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship it via a trackable service to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the components are free from user-induced damage or soldering traces, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
